The Plug Promise covers you if:

- Your product arrives faulty or damaged
- You received the wrong item
- Your order is incomplete
- It’s not what you expected
- You’ve simply changed your mind
- Your order took too long to arrive
How It Works:
Changed Your Mind?
No worries!
You can return your item(s) if they are unopened and still sealed in their hygiene packaging.
- Our clear, sealed bags allow you to inspect the product before breaking the seal.
- We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once we receive the item back, we’ll process a refund or arrange an exchange.
My Order Is Incorrect!
We’ll fix that!
- If we’ve made an error, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover return shipping (if applicable).
- Items can be opened, as we understand you may not realise there’s an issue until after inspection.
- Just get in touch and we’ll sort it straight away.
Faulty Item?
We’ve got you covered!
- If your product is faulty or arrives damaged, even if you’ve opened the hygiene seal, we’ll still refund or replace it.
- We may ask for a photo so we can sort things quickly and improve where needed.
- We’ll cover return shipping if a return is required.
Order Took Too Long to Arrive?
Argh!
- We understand how frustrating delays can be.

How to Start a Return

- Let us know what’s happened (include photos if it’s damaged, faulty or incorrect).
- We’ll confirm what’s next and provide simple return instructions if needed.
- Once we receive your return or confirm an issue, we’ll process your refund or replacement right away.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
We can’t accept returns on opened jewellery if you’ve just changed your mind (hygiene policy). Custom/personalised items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
